Standardized assessment approach of a person with multitrauma based on standards of the TRAUMA+ and TNCC to strengthen the role of the nurse and guarantee quality care to the patient.

This 21-hour training is presented in theoretical lectures supported by visual materials to facilitate learning. A reminder of pathophysiology, signs and symptoms so that trauma related nursing care are taught.

The nurse will also take part of practical workshops and demonstrations to familiarize themselves with the equipment of their emergency unit as well as the different treatment techniques teached. Throughout the training, periods of questions and exchanges are intended to strengthen the theoretical aspect by sharing diverse expertise.

Finally, this training includes theoretical and practical examinations to assess the level of understanding of the teaching offered and make adjustments as needed.
